Sushi

James and I made sushi this weekend. James did most of the actual sushi making—I focused on documenting our food adventure. It was pretty fun and unbelievably delicious.

    Mmm, love brown rice, and I always did wonder why it's not in sushi more often, so glad you posted some pretty pics of it!

      I love it too! That's why we decided to make it at home—because we couldn't find a restaurant that sold sushi with brown rice.

      I'm actually not from NZ, though I spent 5 months there, studying abroad. I'd love to go back though...
