Sushi

James and I made sushi this weekend. James did most of the actual sushi making—I focused on documenting our food adventure. It was pretty fun and unbelievably delicious.

  2. Mmm, love brown rice, and I always did wonder why it's not in sushi more often, so glad you posted some pretty pics of it!

    1. I love it too! That's why we decided to make it at home—because we couldn't find a restaurant that sold sushi with brown rice.

      I'm actually not from NZ, though I spent 5 months there, studying abroad. I'd love to go back though...
